When we go through things that are not to our liking, we need to look up and ask God what is it that He wants us to learn to see and be convicted about? Romans 8:28 says And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God those who are called according to His purpose. God always test us so that we can draw closer to Him. Just because we are experiencing hardship and trials doesn't mean that He is not there and that we don't have favor we are His children He chastises us because we are His, Remember when we got put on punishments and or got whippings or both our parents did it for our good to teach us and to correct our mistakes. Life
You know life is hard but, we make it hard by doing things in our own strength. (Philippians 4:13) I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. We say things like I can do this or I will get through this meaning in my own strength I can and I will. That is why we are so weak.. (John 15:5) We can't do anything without Christ!!!!!!! So let's be intentional on trusting God in all situations. I believe if we do that we will be stronger than we think we are, because when we are weak then He is strong!!!!!!
Independency
The I in fitness is not independent!! Meaning you can't do it by yourself. Just like there is no such thing, as a self made millionaire. Some one had to pour into and you have had to have gotten ideas and inspiration and or advice from something or someone. So grab a fitness partner and let's grow!!!!!
It’s 2022 Let’s Goooooooo!
Ok guys It's 2022 and we have get on the move spiritually and physically. What does that mean you might ask? Well it means drawing near to God on a daily basis and living healthier every day. Being intentional with these 2 things will make your new year a whole lot better than last year. I am not saying that everything will be perfect but you will have a lot more peace than you can ever imagine of because He will be your joy!!
